The rooms are quiet and feature spacious beds.

It offered us particularly good and easy location very close to Fort in the old city and Lulu supermarket, and the crossroads of highways. The staff was efficient and excellent from arrival until we left.

Very bad bathroom, Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

I had a perfect stay at Tanuf Residency Hotel in Nizwa. the staffs were incredibly polite and helpful, with Majid assisting us with our luggage during check-in. the rooms were immaculate and comfortable, equipped with AC and fans. the location was ideal, being close to Nizwa Fort and the Nizwa Souq. the hotel manager, Suraj, was kind enough to take our feedback during check-out. the breakfast offered at the hotel was superb, and Anirban in the restaurant even prepared a delicious fresh omelette for us. our experience was lovely and the hotel provided great value for money. I highly recommend Tanuf Residency Hotel for a visit to Nizwa. Cons: Nothing, everything was great! 👍.

This place has a nice layout and is located close to popular tourist spots. the building and rooms look great, and the beds are super comfy. I loved that they offered free Wi-Fi - essential for staying connected while traveling. 🌐

The location of Tanuf Residency Hotel in Nizwa is perfect, close to the historic Fort in the old city with many restaurants, two big malls, and other tourist attractions nearby. the room I booked had a comfortable bed.
